Incline Village Lake Tahoe North Shore Vacation Rental: Online Reservation

Once you reserve the property, Twenty five percent of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If booking is made within the thirty day before arrival the full amount is due. Please mark your calendar as to when payments are due, because we do not send payment notices. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by money order or cashier's check. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date. We will mail your Rental License Agreement to you in a few days. If you would prefer to have the contract faxed, please provide us with your fax number. Please read the agreement carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates, sign the front copy and return it to our office. We hold the person whose name appears on the lease responsible for any payments, damage deposits, and all other responsibilities of the license agreement.

Cancellations:

For stays of less than 14 days
Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of your arrival will receive a full refund of all deposits LESS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days in advance of arrival. There are no refunds for snow conditions, road conditions, severe weather and any other unforseen condition.

For stays of 14 or more days
Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of your arrival will receive a full refund of all deposits LESS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance of arrival. There are no refunds for snow conditions, road conditions, severe weather and any other unforseen condition.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM.
Upon arrival proceed to Goldfish Properties located at 924 Incline Way, Suite E. If you are arriving after 5:30 PM or Sunday you will need to pick up your arrival package at the Alpine Exchange(775-831-7500). The exchange is located at 878 Northwood Blvd. (The entrance is located at the rear of building follow the pathway). Your package will consist of property keys, a map to the location of your property and some local information about Incline Village. If keys are not returned there is a $10 charge per set of keys.
